Our stories are very important because that is where we find our humanity and our universal connection, our community.
This summer I continued to develop a workshop that I began in early June 2019 called “Speaking From The Body” that has emerged as an offshoot of “Georgia” and the process of telling this story! I am excited to announce a new 1-day intensive workshop on March 21st called “Speaking From The Body”. When creating this workshop, I have combined my skills as a dancer, writer, actress, and coach to create a space for people to find their own voices, tell their own stories, and take them directly from their own personal movement vocabulary. This is about speaking with confidence and feeling self-assured with expressiveness and joy. This is about creativity, voice, and I will add, aging well.

Those who do not have the power over the story that dominates their lives, the power to retell it, to rethink it, deconstruct it, joke about it, and change it as times change, truly are powerless, because they cannot think new thoughts
